While it is easy to take for granted the aerodynamics of high-altitude flight, it is essential not to forget its principles. High altitude flight is conducted in an unforgiving environment. Small mistakes could quickly add up to an unrecoverable aircraft state. This course addresses operational issues, and our goal is to educate pilots so they have the knowledge and skill to adequately operate their aeroplanes and prevent upsets in a high altitude environment
