How long is the course licenses valid (Webshop)
Course licences are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and must be activated within that year or they expire unused. Once activated, you have 30 days to complete the course.
When buying a course from our webshop we want you to be able to plan ahead and buy courses needed in the future, perhaps taking advantage of a special promotion, getting a lower price on the courses you know you will need later on.
Therefore the course licences you buy stay valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, so you have time to plan ahead. A licence that has not been activated within that year expires and can no longer be used.
When you have started a course you will get 30 days to complete it. Of course if for some reason you didn't manage to complete it in time you can always contact our support team (support@scandlearn.com) to extend the period.
