Pilots need to be fully versed on the procedures and regulations when flying the North Atlantic Tracks (NAT). These range from navigation systems to protocols when entering a track and safe separation distances. To help crew flight the NAT routes,
The objective of this course is to give learners overall knowledge of the regulations and requirements for transatlantic flights on NAT routes with little radar coverage. Our course explains flight restrictions within the NAT region according to the North Atlantic Operations Manual, provided by ICAO, and the relevant approvals otherwise needed by the State of Registry or the State of the Operator.
