During an in-flight emergency, each split-second counts where the resources available on board need to be employed with confidence. Scandlearn has created a CRM and Airborne Emergency e-course to guide flight crew through decisions and actions during potential emergencies.

In this course, we explain the Recognition-Primed Decision model (RPD), teach how to deal with a demanding workload during an emergency, and discuss the importance of a shared reality. We offer lots of hands-on solutions and recommended communication during a live emergency to ensure safety and productivity. This course can also be used as preparation for simulator training.
